Bill Haylock

The Principal and Managing Director of ELP, Bill Haylock, has over 28 years experience in environmental management. He has worked in both the private and public sectors and has a variety of international experiences. Bill has specialised in servicing the resources, energy and land rehabilitation sectors, as well as providing expertise in land access issues for mining and energy developments. In 1986 Bill created the first Queensland mining and exploration titles and tenures.  He has also helped a number of ELP’s clients to achieve environmental excellence. Bill's vast experiences are used in providing strategic and specialist advice to our various clients. In October 2005, Bill was appointed as the President of the  Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) and has recently become a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP).
